Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is helpful but when there is a glitch... Turbo tax was great until it was time to efile. In order to get it to go through I was asked to retype one form in. In order to make it go through, numbers needed to be added to boxes that were not on the tax forms. That was beyond frustrating. The system should not hold up my efile due to numbers that are not on my tax form.... This is a glitch on your end that should be fixed. The IRA inheritance from another state needs more guides....The woman on the phone was nice and helpful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was my best choice I really like how Turbo Tax works as well in the phone app as it does on the computer. Communication with my preparer was very quick and easy to do thru messages and we set up a phone call to discuss my return thoroughly. I will continue to use Turbo Tax each year now that I know I can submit the simple tax returns I filed in previous years and also more complicated issues like stocks and crypto holdings. A+++

The only complaints I have is that when I went back to edit a section, some things I had entered were there, and some checkboxes had to be selected all over again instead of just reviewed. This opened the possibility for error with the second entry. Also, I e-filed and clicked the this is the last button to file, and got a note saying, sorry we can't file because there is an update. Download the update and then e-file again. :(
