Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax takes the stress out of filing! Taxes are complicated and I'm always worried I'm going to do something wrong. Turbotax explains things every step of the way so that I never have to worry. I have trusted to file my taxes for years now. I'm so grateful to have someone to take the stress away.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The added fees are so confusing It says it comes with free state. Then at the end it adds a processing fee of $45. I go to pay for that with credit card, and then it's suddenly $25 and says it's to pay for state. Makes no sense.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax k-1 issue Generally I find Turbo Tax easy o use and comprehensive. However, this yer I had a problem with entering K-1 information. Turbo Tax told me I had an error in reporting the k-1 schedule A income for line 14 code I. I finally had to call Turbo Tax support. After some time the support agent was able to locate the information needed to correct the error message.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs a lot of work on IRA conversions. I spent many hours trying to get this program to indicate that what I was doing was correct. I had money in a Vanguard IRA fund. Some of that money i converted to a ROTH in Vanguard. IRA.Vanguard sent a 1099-R. I posted the 1099-R. The program did not acknowledge that it was different from my 1099-R that my pension sent. Did searches, etc. went to goggle etc. Went to "FORMS" and posted it there. I still do not know if it was done right. Why should I try to point out what may be a short coming when your terms & conditions waste half an hour to read?? "

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does its job but fees are outrageous The software does what you pay for however the fees are in my opinion excessive. $25 to file your state and then a $40 processing fee if you want them to just take the 25 out of your return. On top of what you already have to pay to purchase the software I'm going to think long and hard if its worth it do purchase again. Be better off just going to a CPA paying a bit more and having them to everything without the extra fees.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This is my final year using TurboTax. This is my final year using TurboTax! I am highly disappointed in this overpriced software. It is mostly user-friendly, but in the end does not save me money and I could do this just as well on my own.
