Rated 4 out of 5 by from 1st time I downrate Turbo Tax Everything was fine until I went to file me state tax and was charged for something that was supposed to be included. Also had to 'update' my nickname numerous times. Wonder . . .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the extra money! We used TTL because we had to itemize and use several extra forms. The preparer we worked with, Leah, was excellent. She was responsive and patient. She really gave her all in providing the best service to us!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax makes filing my taxes easy Basically anyone should be able to use turbotax to do their own taxes. It is set up so it's easy to maneuver, helps you when you've made a mistake, catches things that don't look right on your return to look back over, it's a great product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax I was unable to transmit my return despite hours of trying to download the patches and/or fix that was recommended. I even tried speaking with a help agent. If this issue is not resolved I won't use TurboTax again
