Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's Getting More Complicated I have used Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember. It's a great tool. I have found over the years that some navigation is becoming more challenging than in the past. For instance, just getting to the 1099-NEC was not as easy as before. It just expects you to go look for it, when it should be the very first choice to do or the W2. Overall, it's a great service! I'll always use this rather than hire a CPA.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is awesome, year after year! Easy to use, great instructions. Have been using it for the last few years, and happy every time. This year I found it be much more easier to use. Looks like area of code sign by the end of filing is removed, I had to resubmit my paper last year few times, because I could not get that number right, this is a great improvement!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A useful product, but it contains serious glitches There are various glitches and incomplete explanations about what tax data to enter. The most serious glitch is that there is a loop in the Wages & Income section, which takes the form of sending you back to the beginning of the section after completing a few of the first sub-sections (I can't remember which, now). I reported this bug and received several acknowledgments that it was being worked on, but I never received word that it had been fixed. Fortunately, I (not TurboTax) was able to devise a workaround. This is a pretty elementary error, and its presence does not bode well for the correctness of the rest of the program. Also, it is inexcusable that TurboTax never suggested a workaround. Unfortunately, I also no longer remember the areas where it was difficult to determine what tax information was being requested. This used to be a great program, but its quality has deteriorated over the last several years.
