Rated 1 out of 5 by from This isn't free It is shameful that you advertise free then I CANNOT print my return after going through the ENTIRE process. Out of $179, I am getting $21 back AND make less than the $66,000 required to charge. It is shady.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is helpful but not perfect We've used TurboTax for years. ItsDeductible has been helpful and appears to have been folded into the tax prep platform. For some reason, we have to always go looking for the state sales tax deduction, which no-income-tax states allow. That's really our own criticism. That's a big deduction that should autofill, particularly if you've taken it in previous years.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall Very Useful I've been using TurboTax for many years because it has been a lifesaver for me in meeting the tax deadlines. My taxes are simple since I own nothing, but with the tax changes over the years and little time and patience to keep up with that, using TurboTax saves my sanity. I see there have been quite a few great improvements this year for which I'm grateful as the bugs and certain other things in its use added frustration and time. Everything this year went smoothly until the e-filing submittal. Is that a way to "encourage" users to have the submittal fee taken out of the return? Without going into details, perseverance paid off. My forms are submitted and I still recommend using TurboTax for its ease of use. That's extremely valuable to me! Thank you TT!
