Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2023 Turbo Tax Review The program works great; very easy to use. However, the instructions, add-on options, extras, etc. are confusing. I don't recall selecting the Turbo Tax Live Assisted Deluxe version, but that's what was used to prepare my return, so I must have. That’s why I think it’s confusing. I have a simple tax return and I don’t believe I would have intentionally chosen that. I thought the program price was high this year, but I guess everything is high right now. I believe I could use the free Turbo Tax version (I have a simple tax return), but every time I've tried to use it, it automatically takes me to my previous information and doesn't let me choose the free edition.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from They try to CHARGE to get your Previous Year's AGI They try to CHARGE to get your Previous Year's AGI, so I had to Guess and the return was Rejected. Now I have to file by mail, where it's one click away in the left panel. . . :-| That supposed to be FREE.
