Rated 4 out of 5 by from Need Live Expert Support! I've been using TurboTax to file my tax returns for more than 7 years now. For the most parts, TurboTax is simple to use by just answering the short, concise questions and reviewing the popped-up informational button associated with each question. However, on several occasions I was unable to give answers to questions that I don't quite understand despite the popped-up information due to my lack of tax knowledge. I really need to talk to a live expert to help guide me in providing the right answers.
