Rated 1 out of 5 by from It was a disaster this year. The first time I had to dump the whole return and start over. I had started it several weeks ago, and when I went in today it was asking for info I had already input. It asked questions about distributions from my retirement which it had never asked before (after 4 years), then my refund went from $600 to 11,000 which I knew was wrong. Found the info that I had reentered was there twice, so I deleted it and my refund went up another $2000. I finally dumped the whole thing and started over.

"Almost" made me feel like doing tax reporting for my family and friends. Really easy to use. I appreciate your efforts. The cost of the system is very reasonable. Thanks you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Easy and Efficient Turbo tax is very easy to use (although I did need to speak via the phone with a rep). The fees are a bit much with a $39 fee for having the other fees subtracted from my refund.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from $39 Hustle attempt I was praising the process as I was moving along and then had to dig in a bit to discover that you were trying to mislead me by not being clear about the $39 charge to receive my return by taking off of my return total. I didn't identify this until I expanded the window in the checkout screen. This is an attempt to trick me out of realizing I had another option that didn't cost me extra money. I take offense when companies try to do things like this and the process went from GREAT to me not trusting you in a heartbeat. Be better, be more straightforward. You just lost my trust.
