Rated 4 out of 5 by from Only Game In Town I handle a very small trust for a retired widow. Each year I've had this role it has been an absolute horror to get these taxes done. After giving up on my old tax software, Turbo Tax has been able to help me out. This year has been the best to date. Could it make more sense for someone just needing to work on a penny-less budget, -1 star. Saved me? This is the only game in town to get the job done with any level of confidence.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Misrepresentation Cost is to high for what I get, I chose the less expensive plan, and by the end I had a more expensive version costing me much more of my refund. Dishonest for sure!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Displeased--Negative 10 stars We expected to be able to file via simple return but a $13 retirement credit required us to upgrade to TurboTax Deluxe. We found it very frustrating we had to PAY $120 to upgrade our service to receive a $13 benefit

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax makes taxes a little less ugh. I was frustrated at the start, but the TurboTax Live Expert showed me where I made a mistake and their fix increased my tax return by a grand. Thank You.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from sneaky added fees Overall I liked the Turbo Tax software for filing my taxes. However, the added extra fee at the end of the process means I had to pay DOUBLE. The pop up buttons are confusing. My husband is NOT happy having to pay for the MAX protection since we have simple taxes. I feel it is a RIPOFF.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They remember me like no other! And their pre-filled in forms (from years prior) makes review and revisions super easy. Plus they (TT) provide lots of sidebar commentary and hyperlinks (this year I even watched a few of their videos) that help clear up any questions.
