Rated 2 out of 5 by from Improvements and changes not helpful First, the program doubled the items of my income and had me re-entering information. The choice to clean this up was LAST on the list, not first. There is a difference between my state and Federal forms which the program does not help with, and it should after twenty years of dealing with this issue. I had to mail the state forms. I asked for a live call back which never came. The earlier versions of this program were more efficient to use.

I could not access my previous Intuit account because they said my password was wrong. Had to download from the site and pay more. Ran into some problems of not understanding what was being asked for and could not access explanations. Overall NOT happy.
