If you ever run into a problem you just have to ask a agent for help and they get you the answer your looking for right away. I really like how accurate everything on the website is....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lack of contact info for Turbo Tax on the site is The Turbo Tax information collection process was amazing. However there is no way to contact Turbo Tax listed. HELP only provided assistance for 4 pre-selected questions. Live Assistance wanted $89 to talk with someone. So when I went to finish my filing there was no assistance to to get my code to file because the code was being forwarded to an incorrect partial email address. So my taxes were filed late although TT had them since 03/10/2023 Finally found contact info on Bing - and the Angel walked me through the necessary steps to file.
