Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not easy to use at all Turbotax is not intuitive and is not easy to use, they have standalone software and a web platform that are not linked. I do not recommend this convoluted application to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST way to file hands down!! I did this all on my iPhone.. was so simple and stress-free . During this pandemic.. the last hint you need to worry about is filing taxes. This program made it simple.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Useful as Usual Very useful as usual. I have been using TurboTax for more than 20 years. My only complain was about it was the $300 cash donation entry, 1040 line 10b. It was not easy to enter if you missed it the first time. It was good there was a workaround it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use Using TurboTax for years, and it gets better and better to use. I really like how it imports last year's data and remembers your info so you don't have to keep re entering the same information

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax - Giant Steps Backward This year filing w/ Turbo Tax Premier was a terrible experience and took twice as long, especially w/ EFile. First, TT couldn't find last year's return, which caused manual entries for data that has been the same since I started using TT, then Pro Series (I was Tier 1 support also) over 25 years ago. I had saved my return in at least three places last year and TT couldn't find it after looking over five times. I finally went to manual entry. Then, for Sch A, It's Deductible wouldn't come up and didn't have a link in the program. About 1/2 way thru entering extensive charitable donations, It's Deductible came out of nowhere in the program and I used it successfully for the remainder. After completing the returns (Fed & State) I left the program after saving in at least three places, then returned after less than a month to just EFile both returns. The first clue that a normally reliable TT wasn't right was the need to re-enter my license data before the app would open. What an irritation! Luckily I had it saved in a couple of places. Obviously, it wasn't in the TT file that had an issue because trying to open my return produced an error after clicking on the file. With frustration, I opened TT by going to the Start menu and selecting the app off the Win 10 App Menu. I still had to enter my license number, which is ridiculous. Finally, e-filing was a nightmare. It took longer to efile than to do my return and I owned my own tax business for 32 years. What in the world are you people thinking of. You've bought Lacerate and expanded Pro Series recently. I had to enter my VA drivers license number and a made up pin several times, along with my wife's separate data. Then there's the irritating vendor fee. I don't mind paying the $25 for the state, but tacked-on fees are what's going wrong with America. Intuit, which was a really great company when I worked there, but you need some serious business consulting help from my view now. Lastly, there is no obvious way in the program to contact your TT Help Desk directly. At least, if there is, I couldn't find it and reasoned it is probably off-shore anyway.
