The online program kept me in a loop to correct input on a state worksheet, but the prompt never told me that it was a state form and it never told me where to get the requested information. Finally, after much frustration and many attempts to get through this loop, had to break down and pay extra for telephone help. The lady was good but this was whole thing was like a hostage situation and payoff. Not happy with these very bad instructions or the blackmail. The lady did, however, take off the fee for the telephone support, so that was good on her part. But, I am definitely looking for a competitor to TurboTax next year.
