Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Live Experts are aweful The first live agent was clueless, not responsive and extremely slow. Had to switch TurboTax live agent after 1.5 months of wasting time and no progress. The second agent was much faster and prepared the taxes within a day (mine were extremely simple with under 100 transactions for the year). However, even the second agent was not customer friendly and came across as curt and rude sometimes. I would advise to not go with TT live.

She also asked question before proceeding further into conducting my taxes. She has a great attitude when speaking to me and has never been inappropriate once! If anything I believe she deserves a raise and an outstanding award.
