I still have a grievance about the cost of filing taxes, but honestly, with the ease of use and with much more transparency about their practices, I think it's a step in the right direction. I love using Turbo Tax, I've been using it for seven years, and as long as we keep building trust and continue the transparency, I will continue to use it as time goes on.
