Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not that great of an experience for the money paid I paid $210 in additional fees to have a live expert, which I did not. I did my taxes and had to figure it out myself. I feel as though I shouldn't have paid that if I wasn't going actually get the help from a like expert.

Thanks for making this an excellent process with little to no anxiety associated with Federal Income Tax Filing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax I have been satisfied with turbo tax. I thought this year was pricey. Because i had a 1099B, i believe that’s the right form, i had to pay additional. I don’t know what it costs to go to accountant, but it seems like for 285 i should look at that option.

I was not able to import my last years return into my latest return...despite using turbo tax both years, despite cust svc help and their confirmation that I only have one account. The only difference is that I purchased last years download directly from intuit while this years from Costco. This should not make a difference...I am disappointed with this!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2020 Turbo Tax OVerall the Turbo Tax product is good. This year however, there were a couple of glitches with interfacing the internet TT site. I had to change my display to 1024x768 in order to make the connection and pay for the software initially and then pay for the state efile. Thankfully the support desk was able to figure it out. (Surprised this in still the case when filing - I would have though it would have been fixed after folks downloaded the software. Hope I am not the only one with the issue.)
