Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as user friendly The pop up windows, for example when you want to electronically pay do not show the bottom of the page, had to shrink window and manipulate. When I tried to reach out to Turbo Tax, I had to purchase a Live Package. Ridiculous!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clear and simple We used to pay close to $900 a year for an accountant to do our taxes, but our taxes are not that complicated! TurboTax Online Premier made it extremely easy for us to do the work ourselves. This year we ran into some trouble because of Covid, and TTOP was able to help us get things done correctly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely Good Product The product is excellent but with Covid hitting so many businesses so hard, it seems as though your company would have have dropped the price to $80.00 firm $120. Many businesses struggle but others companies as Intuit did not give any discounts (known that I was aware of)

Back in the days of "multimedia", I enjoyed the helpful videos explaining tax topics and regulations, I wish you would bring that back. I had one issue one year where a form was not printed and got an $18k bill from the IRS. Thankfully I figured it out and even received a thank you from the IRS explaining the problem. I owed them nothing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax works good The program works well. The only problem I have is the charge of $25 to electronically file my state income taxes. That seems rather excessive since it only costs $.44 to mail the same information that actually takes more time and effort than the electronic version of my return... saves everyone time and money yet it costs me more ??
