Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is consistent, I don't have to relearn, I like using Turbo Tax and not sharing my info with someone sitting at a desk in Wal Mart. I feel that it is overly expensive and get annoyed at the constant up-sell to spend more money but I get it, your a business. Overall I'll be back next year with my credit card.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Downloading with photo doesn't work I really liked my expert although I didn't need him much. There is a problem with your uploading data via photo software. I uploaded 3 documents via photo and there were 1 or 2 errors on all 3 uploads. My return was even rejected due to the one I didn't catch. The burner was you said it was my error in entering my data yet I didn't enter it you did.
