Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax 2020 challenges After overcoming installation challenges, TurboTax became somewhat easier to use. Able to work around confusing instructions. Review questions appear not as appropriate for retirees. Wife prepares our taxes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Premier RipOff Used TurboTax over 10 years. Used Deluxe to import financial info was only reason. Now have to use Premier to import and I am filing a Standard deduction and use it to import only. Will be looking for another way. Changed from windows to iMac this year and premier is not friendly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is awesome! I have been using Turbo Tax for 9 years now and I love it! It is so easy and they have experts to walk you through it if you need the help! I would highly recommend Turbo Tax!

Although I miss the older style with the helpful videos, this version is definitely a lot less glitchy than previous years. Intuit still suffers from sticky, unused forms that like to linger in the return. And some help files have older menu options and terms listed. Lastly, beware the inability to download and or import your W-2 if you do not already have your W-2 in-hand! Which is rather mysterious considering their claims of how easy it is to import the W-2. The fact is, in addition to the employer's EIN number you also need the IRS Control Number that is printed on the W-2.....before you can import the W-2. ....Yeah.
