Rated 3 out of 5 by from Downloading with photo doesn't work I really liked my expert although I didn't need him much. There is a problem with your uploading data via photo software. I uploaded 3 documents via photo and there were 1 or 2 errors on all 3 uploads. My return was even rejected due to the one I didn't catch. The burner was you said it was my error in entering my data yet I didn't enter it you did.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Still a Pain in the Rear End I sold my home this year. It was unclear how the taxes were computed. I hope TurboTax did it right. I could not duplicate some of the numbers it got. Also, it was not intuitively obvious how to view my actual return...this was very frustrating!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Old, First time User....again It was very intuitive, the pop-ups that provided help...actually helped. The representatives who assisted were focused, knowledgable, and very helpful, Kimesha is the last person with whom I spoke, Mary was the second, and Jessica was the first. The software was reassuring for someone who wants to get it right, but veeery unsure of doing our own taxes! Wonderful online presence! You have a model that should be replicated!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax Works and makes doing it Fairly Easy! I’ve been using it for years and it saves me a lot of money over hiring an accountant. Charging anything extra for the file is a rip however and they lost a star for that!
