Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hard to access Help line Product info said dedicated help line to call but I could not find/access even though I THOUGHT I had paid for this service for 2020 tax year. I did see where help was available for extra money. Confusing

Rated 4 out of 5 by from payment options for tax's is lacking in the checkout, you get every option on how to pay your tax's except pay by credit card. No instructions were listed that if you wanted or needed to pay using this method is to select by check and finish the process and then once your tax's are filed you have to go to the IRS web site and select pay by credit card and pay your tax's. At a minimum some sort of instructions need to listed on this tab.
