However, I am very disappointed that long-term customers are not offered any incentives when buying the software. Those always go to new users. Intuit should be rewarding their long-time customers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great. Tubo Tax is great. But, way too many questions. I wish the US Government would make it simpler. I have been a bookkeeper for over 40 years. I know what documents I need to keep to prepare the return. How does the average person do it. Turbo Tax makes it easy, it is our tax codes and allowed deductions that the average US Citizen can not deduct that makes it complicated. Thank you Turbo Tax for creating this program to help us.
