Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax many problems this year! This year, constant needing to update and wouldn't update. Needed to go get the file to manually do the updates. Never had these issues before. Now still won't update after successfully getting one update to work before. Same problem now but doing admin rights, etc not helping this time. Very concerned with software that is not tested enough....

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax 2020 challenges After overcoming installation challenges, TurboTax became somewhat easier to use. Able to work around confusing instructions. Review questions appear not as appropriate for retirees. Wife prepares our taxes.
