Although I miss the older style with the helpful videos, this version is definitely a lot less glitchy than previous years. Intuit still suffers from sticky, unused forms that like to linger in the return. And some help files have older menu options and terms listed. Lastly, beware the inability to download and or import your W-2 if you do not already have your W-2 in-hand! Which is rather mysterious considering their claims of how easy it is to import the W-2. The fact is, in addition to the employer's EIN number you also need the IRS Control Number that is printed on the W-2.....before you can import the W-2. ....Yeah.

I was really disappointed when I switched to a Mac and the program only worked on PC! The last 2-years have been a struggle to find a PC. ALSO despite asking every year for 10+years they still can't work a question or prompt for Estate Tax Deductions! It's Line-19 on Form-1041! Maybe in 2022??? Hope springs eternal!
