Though I though it was a bit expensive since I had never paid for tax prep previously, I am very much confident with my prep this year since I had some complicated forms. The agents were patient and kind, we spent a total of 2.5 hours on the phone and then I was able to sort out all the tricky little boxes on the forms. I appreciate the technology that TurboTax provides, and I will definitely choosing it next year for my return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yay! I engaged with Bernita, a customer service rep. I called TurboTax because I needed help entering my first (and hopefully last) 1099-NEC. She walked me through the entire 1099 process and was very helpful with the remaining entries for my return as well.

The instructions are easy to follow and there is always an expert on hand if you need some assistance. I would not use anything else. Thank you for Turbo Tax and the ease you have given me over the years in using your software to file my taxes. I give you an excellent rating and whenever someone asks me about doing taxes, I have always said: "Try Turbo Tax." "They are the greatest!!!"
