If I am confused on how to do something, there is the "help and support" links which most of the time answer my questions. I have used Turbo Tax for 18 years (except for the one year when Rental Properties were moved from the Deluxe version to the Premier version which I didn't like). That year I went with another software Tax Company but their forms looked "cheap and non-professional" and it was harder to understand some of their questions. The next year I came back to Turbo Tax and have not been sorry for it!!!
