Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Full Service! I have been using Turbo Tax for years. However, last year I made the mistake of going with someone else. I will not make that mistake again. Sylvia is lovely to chat with and took care of all my tax questions with her expert advice. I appreciate her taking the time to assist me and her attention to detail. She was quick to answer all my questions. She made me feel calm and relaxed by taking all the hard work into her hands. It is a relief to have my taxes done promptly. I will use Turbo Tax again next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Software I have a pretty easy return but I did a backdoor Roth last year and the software I was trying to use was not calculating to the return properly. This was the only software that was able to do so.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not a happy customer not very clear and i ended up having to mail my state return . said to add up lines 1 to 13. i did and it was correct and matched what they had dont know why it wouldnt file it and i could get no answers

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax nickels and dimes me Turbo Tax supposedly does one state return for no charge, except that when I go to file I have to pay $25 to file my Massachusetts taxes. And if I wanted to do another state, I would have to pay $45 even though it really doesn't take any more computing effort
