Rated 4 out of 5 by from Clunky screens A little more clunky than previous years. Too much return to pages already completed. can't skip through large page screens. Did search for "combat Zone" and Search could not find it. Topics did find it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It was great until..... Everything was great! There was plenty of help available for my taste. I got through the process in reasonable time. It was great until I got to the very end and choose to pay using my federal return. A few steps later, I found out that in order to do that I had to purchase a premium package which was not my intention! That should have been made clear back when the option to pay with the return was presented. I am a bit upset. It seems a bit underhanded to me.
