Rated 5 out of 5 by from First timer With no issue At first I did not know what I was getting into being scared of scams and what not but turbo tax made it easy to file with a step by step guide and live agents for help. Really straight forward and easy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not clear I thought it was going great. however I noticed I hadn't received a text or email stating my taxes were excepted so I logged in to check my status and I am greeted with " lets complete your taxes". Apparently, when I paid and thought I was done filing my taxes on the 16th, I didn't! But I thought I was done! and now I find out weeks later that I wasn't. I can not believe that I went through that whole process and even paid and believed I was finished and had filed to find out that I wasn't complete. Not doing this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and easy to use I been doing it myself 8 years now. Everything is self explanatory, and it you mess up they will let you know. You still have to keep up with everything, but a kid could pretty much do it is how easy it is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax was INCREDIBLE!! I got into an argument with my boyfriend earlier that day because I refused to do my taxes. I just built it up to be this huge task in my head. Turbotax not only made it easier for me to my taxes, but they also made it fun! I'm happy to say I am not so apprehensive about doing my taxes now!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo process remains well done. Have used TT for years, both Premium and Deluxe versions at times. Did have one glitch this year. It was necessary to adjust to adjust IRA contribution basis. Typed multi line explanation but all text lines were overlaid on print version. Hope e-file version preserved separate text lines.
