Every year, I notice the upsells to additional products getting more frequent, aggressive, and difficult to circumvent. Please reduce the amount of upselling and just give me clear pricing up front on a limited number of services!

I’ve had repeated issues with my tax submission that have led to them being rejected over and over again that should have been flagged. There are nonstop attempts at upsells are completely obnoxious, especially for a product that doesn’t even work.
