Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cost too much. Hidden fees Too much hidden fees. Cost too much. 129 fed 69 state 39 for taking out of refund whiich I didn’t see till too late. Thought was only going to be 89 not free but was $271 omg,

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful Not remembering information from previous years causing individuals to have to type it in all over again. Failed transfers with financial institutions. Reviews that cause absolute mayhem with the return (like being prompted to enter multiple W-2s randomly only to have to go back and delete duplicates). Your base product sucks so bad now it's a joke. You'll NEVER get an upsell in services from me. In fact you'll never see another dime from me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's a great TOOL and APP!!! It's so great having information stored year to year makes doing taxes easy. It covers most everything. It's a quality product. Only reason my rating dropped to a 4 is because the price just seems to climb every year compared to price I see of other software. But still cheaper than paying someone else to do taxes ;).
