Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax was just what I needed! The only thing that kept me from giving a full 5 stars here was a couple of minor glitches with the software. The notifications were slightly delayed and a couple of times I would have to refresh the page before a new message would load. Aside from that, my Tax Expert, Ellie, was fantastic! I felt confident with her experience and expertise. She answered all my questions, directed me to helpful articles, and helped prepare me for what to expect next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Quality Decline! We have used TurboTax Delux since 2002. It has always been simple and easy. This year, 2020 return, has been a nightmare. Help doesn't take one to the right explanation, error were made in downloading info from my broker, and were extremely difficult to correct, my federal and state returns were rejected for e-filing because my 2019 AGI did not match even though I checked the number filled in by Turbo Tax against the paper record of my 2019 return and it was correct. Unable to contact Customer Service.
