Rated 2 out of 5 by from I Have a Love/Hate Relationship with TurboTax Sure, TurboTax does a great job of guiding you through all the possible tax deductions and scenarios, but it nickels and dimes you, and incessantly prompts you to pay more money for a ‘better, more thorough’ option. It told me I *had* to use a super special version because of one form and I ended up spending twice as much as I was lured in by ($59). Next year I think I’ll just go to a tax preparer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SIMON was outstanding I worked with SIMON who helped me with filing the state taxes that was complicated as I moved and worked to different states in the last tax year. SIMON was outstanding, he was very thorough and went above and beyond to get the most possible refund

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Consistently Mediocre Have been using this program for more than 25 years. Always has obvious flaws that beg to be fixed. Not sure why they never fix them. The charge for filing state taxes is now over the top. Our state makes it very easy to file online for free. Looking forward to having free federal government efile too. That should have TurboTax to up their game or go away.
