Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax fails in the electronic filing option I tried several times to electronically file my federal and NC state return unsuccessfully. The error message was IND-031-04 - The primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records. However, this was incorrect. So, I had to pay to mail the federal and NC state return...and the attempted electronically filing for NC state return debited my credit card, $25, which was not returned to me.

The full service was not that much more money and saved me a lot of time and energy. The expert knew the laws well and got it done right.
