As a multiple year user of Turbo Tax, this year's software had many glitches that required multiple (6 in all) customer support calls, that included level 2 support and IT support. The product did not work well at all; and if it were not for excellent customer service to trouble shoot the issues, I would not have been able to e-file. Not sure I'll be back with TurboTax next year, as it is not worth the 15 hours on the phone to file a simple return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes made easy!! first time filer !!!I was dreading and debating whether to do my taxes - I knew I was due a refund but I am not a tax person at all... TT made it all easy and FAST - easy to understand questions and easy to follow!! spent less than 2hrs and I'm getting back around $200.. it was worth it for me!

There seem to be nuances lately where the software questions are becoming a bit more ambiguous. Not sure if this is because tax laws are getting more complicated or just bad wording.
