Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax Turbo tax was easy to use and understandable. I had a few glitches when using Turbo Tax on a MAC. It wouldn't let me save my work onto an external drive. I had to go to the online FAQ and found the answer there. I was also having a hard time purchasing another State form. So, I went on a Microsoft windows computer to finish using Turbo tax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is my year after year tax prep program, I've used TurboTax for many years now. It is thorough but when switching back and forth from my financial records to TurboTax, the site requires a full sign on each time. Also it does not stay on the same page I was working on in Turbo tax. So much time is wasted just signing back on and searching for where I was. This does add to the already tax prep angst. Surely in today's hyper tech world this could be updated after all these years??

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ITS GOOD its good could be better i tried to connect my quickbooks to input all expensed faster i couldnt figure out how to do it. i input everything by typing it in. i did like the search bar for common questions. i would like more clarity on what can be deducted in the description of each task. also the questions about tax credits at the end were kind of confusing over all it was good.
