I love the fact that Turbo Tax knows their rules and regulations and what questions to ask their clients so that they can calculate what needs to include and not include in our taxes. Thank you for making it easy

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very frustrating, no service, very expensive This was one of the most frustrating and unnecessary processes of my life. With the standard deduction being so high the extended process was not needed. There is literally no technical support available. It took me hours to find and correct an incorrectly entered date. I had to buy a new computer to use the CD I bought. I need a magnifying glass to read the case!
