Rated 3 out of 5 by from Questions are sometimes cryptic. It is sometimes hard to know what information is being asked. There is usually no context to questions and if you guess wrong, corrections are sometimes irreversible. Changes made to the program were not for the better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax let me down this year I was given an initial specialist that was overbooked (>40 clients). It was 1 week before I discovered she would not be able to file for me. It was transferred to another specialist who was efficient, but even though I had everything uploaded before 03/31 I was not given the free service.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Help is bad for CD version All the help is for online filing. The things that Neil says to do do not apply to the CD version of Turbo Tax. Had to e-file six times before the IRS would accept it. They did not like the pin number or AGI. After getting an IP PIN from the IRS/ID.me and multiple tries to get help on entering the IP Pin into Turbo Tax CD, I finally got it entered. There seems to be no search option with the CD version. I will not buy it again.
