Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax was easy to understand TurboTax to all the guess work out of doing my taxes. This was the first time filing on my own. I usually go to HRblock. It was so easy I helped a friend with her tax return using TurboTax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Needs some refinement Jerry was great, and the concept is great however the web interface experience needs work. The check out process was not intuitive. It made me think I was still filing when in fact there are more steps. There were other things in the web interface / instructions etc that didn't match what my expert was telling me about the process causing confusion and second guessing. I should still be able to see my return in progress. (need more visibility and transparency in the web interface. Why can't i see my previous returns ? Jerry had to send them to me. Why can't i see my previous account info ? I should have most of what I had in the past even though I am using a different service. As a premium I should have everything I had before + the added service of Jerry
