Rated 2 out of 5 by from no instructions for schedule 1, line 8 no instructions for schedule 1, line 8. Asks for TP number. No clear descriptor of what they want. Is it a number, a name, what number? No help provided. No question marks to learn more. Everything in turbo tax has helpful hints. Here is none. Terrible. I couldn't submit my taxes until this was completed. So had to guess. Disappointed. Also, overpriced. Prices increased substantially since last year. It's just software. Approaching prices of an accountant, but I have to do it myself???!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is awesome and Maria is the best. Amazing Maria walked me through everything. Huge Huge help and wonderful personality. She went above and beyond to help me. Maria stayed on the line and solved every situation that came up. 2 states, own a business and worked in both states, residence in state other than I work in. She just kept going till we finished my taxes. Thank you so much Maria. Your a life saver.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great jelp everytime Doing taxes is not fun. But I have been using turbo tax for almost 10 years now, and it's been a great help every time. It's easy to use, and the recent features of importing the forms from images and financial institutions has made the process so much easier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is reliable It didn't prompt to enter details of 1098. I had to find ways to make entries for this. Looks like this is a defect. You claim you will ensure maximum refund, this is a serious defect
