Rated 1 out of 5 by from This was the most frustrating experience ever I cannot believe how difficult the tax software was to use both online and desktop versions. First I filled out the online version, noticed at the end some information was missing but couldn't for the life of me figure out where to go back to correct it. I downloaded the desktop software thinking that would help me correct the information. Nope. Transferring information from one source to the other was a multistep process. I even tried searching google for "How to transfer tax information from online to desktop" and the article that came up said, "Yes you can transfer it. By transferring it." That's an exaggeration but close to the real thing. The entire process took me 4 hours and that's because I was 98 percent done and it deleted all my information. I had to start over from scratch. I wanted to throw my computer out into oncoming traffic.
