Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible service, scammy setup The customer support agents just read off a script of what the FAQ auto-bot will already tell you. Turbotax goes out if its way to confuse me about which version of their software I needed, and then made me clear all of my taxes and re-start them if I wanted a better price. I cannot wait to use HR Block next year and have a better experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but 1099-INT Had Zip Code Issues It's been mostly awesome! Easy to use, except it doesn't have my bank and it was struggling with my 1099-INT forms. It kept giving me a zip code error no matter what I did, so I finally had to delete them all and enter them manually, which was a pain. Otherwise, great!
