Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is awesome.! I have been using TurboTax for many years and I can navigate through each section on my own. TurboTax will walk you through if you have forgotten something.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to file, but sneaky upcharges I am frustrated that I was charged for TurboTax Live Assisted Premier. I have simple taxes and don't have questions for "Live Assist". The website is always looking to upcharge it seems. When asked how to select a different, less expensive option, I was told I needed to clear the form and restart EVERYTHING. Frustrating. We will likely use another option next year after many years with Turbotax.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Paid for tax Last year I paid for taxes to be filed. Apparently it was rejected. That is my fault, but why did turbo tax keep what I paid for the service if it was never filed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Feels like a scam! I hate that it never gives you a price until you pay! What happened to FREE Turbo Tax. I had 3 W-2's and nothing else at all and I had to pay $137 for the work I DID!!! Hate this software. It is not transparent and you can't find help on the internet unless you pay for it.

I could not import my form 1099-B from Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC or it is also called National Financial Services LLC. so i had to enter all my info manually. I called Fidelity and your help line many times. I sent hours doing taxes. All the previous years it work OK.
