Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not full satisfied First. To many repetitive questions. To many times am Iasked to upgrade. Finally, I was asked if I wanted to pay fed tax with state refund. I selected "YES"! They I am asked to pay it wit my credit card. Stop Jerking me around. The cost of filing is outrageous and I will most likley have someone else do this next year. I tried to get help, there is no help to be had. Computer only recognizes a few questions and it is never answering my questions. Very stupid if you ask me. A child of 1 recognizes more lanuage than your Computer does.
