Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax saved my sanity!!! I called for a quick question and Laura stuck with me until I was done. Thank goodness!!! I ended up with more questions as I went on and she made it so simple. I will never worry about filing again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Happy this Year Had to use Turbo Tax Premier this year. I was not thrilled with it when it came to the filling the state. I didi NOT want to e-file because it was not included in the cost. I was just going to mail it but it would NOT give me the option to e-file the Federal and Mail the State. So I thought I could just print & mail the state anyway. However, it would not print the correct forms so I could have the refund Direct Deposited or tell me the correct address to mail it to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Depend on TurboTax I've been using TurboTax for many, many years now - I used to get the product on a CD-ROM!!!). The product has consistently gotten better and easier to use over the years, particularly wrt the federal return. There's still some areas on the state return which I think Intuit can improve, so that the ease of completing the state return is on par with the ease of filing the federal return (e.g., descriptions, explanations, guidance), but as the title of my review says, I do indeed depend on Intuit and TurboTax to make this time of year a little less anxiety filled. Thanks!
