Rated 3 out of 5 by from ambiguous I have used this company for a few years, the process seems to change every year, I don't personally need the extra peppy you're doing well , things are going good additives that this process has. I never want to be doing this, it is never easy or fun, it does not make me happy to have to do it . you pick your poison with these tax preparation companies. That I can complete the process is all that matters. this allowed me to do that.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is OK Not sure why my federal return efile was rejected the AGI come directly from line 11 from last years form. It lso said something about neeeding last year PIn I did not have it but found it today if you need it how do I add it to return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great, but Overall it's great, but occasional glitches are hat were identical and it it frustrating when filing near deadline. I had two separate real estate loans that were identical and it kept flagging them as duplicates, even though I distinguished the properties. It wouldn't let me file so I had to delete my deduction. The support person was great but couldn't solve the issue, but did solve another one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easy but Predatory TurboTax was easy to use, but it also is sneaky and constatnly tries to scare you into upgrading. Also, to file certain forms they require you to upgrade because somehow some forms are way more complex and special than others. I genuinely don't think so, but it was easy so I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. At the end of the day, these tax companies use fear and confusion to make you file with them and it works every time.
