I worked in 2021 at 2 different states and I typed the 2 states were worked and then the application asked for another worked state.....This was a little confuse. And I suggest the application should ask first to verify the email account before start the process of filing. I did at the end and was a little stressed.

TurboTax did not pull up my info from the previous year's return and the license code included with the CD did not work on multiple downloads (even though it says good for up to 5 federal e-files)!!! Very disappointed. Will look for alternate options next year!
