Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is great except for... I never got to talk with a "tax expert". Chat boxes are controlled pre-programmed responses. I paid $66 for upgrade on federal turbo tax and the program still wanted to charge another $49 to e-file for state!! I'm glad they didn't charge me to e-file the extension. I may as well gone to HR Block and actually had someone to talk to.
