Rated 3 out of 5 by from didnt work out the way I planned. It was relatively easy to fill out my returns, however, they were not transmitted on the 18th as I thought. While it was probably my fault, I should have been contacted that they were not completed. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Full Service was worth it ! I worked with Kathleen from Turbo Tax who prepared my taxes. I have a few complex tax documents and she did a great job of making sure my taxes were prepared correctly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Premier is good but has some issues I've been using TurboTax for around 10 years and for the most part, the app has done a good job preparing and e-filing my federal and state tax returns. However, there are some hiccups with the app's features. For this year's 2022 returns, TurboTax failed to import the tax documents from one of the banking/brokerage institution I have a relationship with. I worked with a TurboTax Live agent, but she was not able to resolve the issue. I ended up entering the data manually into TurboTax, which was a little tedious. Hopefully, TurboTax does a better job at testing the "Import" functionality in the future with all financial institutions, especially the big money center banks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Filed an extension while we waited for 1095-A Our initial returns were rejected because we didn't include the ACA 1095-A form. TurboTax made it easy to file an extension while we waited for the paperwork to arrive. Then, once the document arrived, the update was explained online and was easy to complete and submit.
