Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax NOT GOOD this year I have been using Tubo Tax for more than 20 years. All smooth before. Easy quick. But this year, Turbo Tax just is not that smart anymore. Had to manually check 3 times to finally get everything right. It even asked strange question out of blue saying my wife health insurance stopped in the middle of the year. Not sure where Turbo Tax got that ridiculous information. Bad. Very bad

Rated 4 out of 5 by from FILING TAXES IS STRESSFUL, TURBO IS A GREAT TOOL FILING TAXES IS STRESSFUL, AND ONE TENDS TO PROCRASTINATE IN DOING SO. TURBO WILL WALK YOU THROUGH DOING YOUR OWN TAX PREPARATION AS THOUGH YOU WERE SITTING ACROSS THE DESK FROM A TAX PREPARER.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from User interface not intuitive In general the wording and side hints are helpful, but the client itself has many errors diminishing the UX experience. Particularly I thought the process of having to go back to retrieve state tax information that I'd already entered in the system during my session, after selecting to file state taxes separately (from e-file federal taxes) to be very unintuitive to the user
