Rated 2 out of 5 by from INSANE AND RIDICULOUS PRICE was very helpful for the forms but this all use to be FREE!! AND FOR SOMEONE WHO IS 100% DISABLED VETERAN, HAS ZERO TAXABLE INCOME, GETS ABSOLUTELY NO INCOME TAX RETURN, TO HAVE TO PAY ALMOST $200 IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE AND CRUEL!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax in 2023 for 2022 Turbo tax is generally easy for anyone looking to do taxes for themselves. I just think it should be easier to downgrade the plan if you end up not needing the part of the tax process that required the upgrade. Other than that I think turbo tax is good and I will continue to use it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax - no thank you, I'm done with Intuit Yes, it walks you through everything, asking dozens of irrelevant questions. But it also leads you on and is always trying to squeeze more money and services out of you. My son used the "Free" online edition until the end where it said he owed over $50 - one for each of his state tax returns. He had zero taxable income on both returns, but TT erroneously calculated that he still owed $68 (when we filled out the form manually in another tax package, the error became clear). This plus my very bad experieence with QuickBooks, leaves me very happy to leave Intuit behind forever. My annoyance with Intuit is reinforced below by having to provide and email and accept future emails as part of the "terms and conditions" to provide this feedback. Ugh.
