Had issues with my machine to pay for the e-filing, but the lady that was assigned to me to help with my issues was very patient and helped me get thru that issue so I could at least accomplish filing my taxes.

Although my return is simpler than before I still find the Deluxe version makes doing and filing my returns much, much easier than it would be if done manually. Doing "what if" scenarios is easy and informative. Worth every penny!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It was no where near awesome or free to file It was supposed to be free to file my federal returns. I had to pay $90 upfront and then at the end you charged me an additional $50 to efile states. We bought this program because it said we had FREE filing. It is not free!!! I will never use turbo tax again. I forgot why I had switched last year and now I remember why.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great on new mac m1 Long time user of turbotax and I had to switch to a different computer, since my laptop did not have a recent enough MacOS to run it this year. Only reason for one star off is that I used the import feature this year which later caused problems when doing form 1116. I ended up in a loop entering a figure and getting error saying amount must be at least 987, and when entering that amount, got another error saying it cannot be over 123. Finally tracked down the issue and import from my wife's account brought in the same joint numbers that the import from my account also had (multiple accounts on each import with some joint overlap). I deleted 2 duplicate import items and it finally worked. Perhaps a warning when a duplicate set of data is imported would be helpful.
