Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was easier than I thought. And fast! At first I was unsure about using an online tax prep but it was an easy step by step experience. You have to have all you paperwork together along with last year's return but it was very easy and I am glad I decided to use the software. My Federal and State are done and I'm receiving a big refund. It turns out itemized was not the way to go, rather standard deduction worked better. Thanks TurboTax!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Performing TurboTax Ever!!!! I've used TurboTax for at least 20 years now. This year's version is absolutely the worst ever that I've experienced, it's buggy, very slow and for some reason is tied to the Intuit cloud site for some brokerage account downloads which by the way slows it's performance down further. The search function is completely carp requiring you to click on the search function button multiple times to get it to respond!!! Next year, I will be purchasing other tax preparation software and NOT TURBOTAX. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
