Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tamara is FIRE Yes Turbo Tax is kinda simple to use and follow, but the biggest bang for our buck is the person that helps us review what we have done. Today we had Tamara and if you ever have her, you are in good hands. She has over 20 years of experience, which shows in her professionalism and knowledge. She was able to get us deductions for things that when we explained, she was like "Yeah, let's check to make sure that you claimed ... cause you mentioned ..." Thanks, Tamara. You are the best.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from $200 to copy in my W-2 For the low price of my entire tax refund, TurboTax helped me to copy in merely my W-2 and nothing more. I am so glad I went with this product. I didn't want the laughable amount tossed at me by the Fed, any way!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ugh Lots of trouble this year. Kept changing my answers then saying things were wrong and wouldn’t let me file. Probably in an attempt to get people to upgrade. Each year say I’m not going yo use next year. This might truly be the year!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Can't get to support forms after inputting once The software won't let you back to TurboTax supporting schedules to make corrections. This is bad. I had to file incorrectly because the Q&A wouldn't take me back to that spot.
